ADAPTIVE RE-USE OF THE BRADLEY WOOLMAN ST. CECILIAS CHAPEL

On January 25, 2011, Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial on behalf of the Centre
City Development Corporation (CCDC) released a request for qualifications or
request for proposals (RFQ/P) for the adaptive re-use of the Bradley-Woolman
St. Cecilia Chapel located at 1620 Sixth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101. The
goal of the RFQ/P was to solicit retail, restaurant, office or cultural tenants /
buyers to reposition the historic chapel as a vibrant commercial asset that
will serve as an anchor to the Cortez neighborhood. On March 15, 2011 CCDC
received four qualified proposals. The four proposals include:
