This listing highlights current and future public, residential, and commercial projects planned for downtown San Diego. Projects are added after a complete application is submitted to CCDC. Once a permit is granted, a developer has three years to begin construction on a project or apply for an extension. Please note that the information included on this site is based on that provided by the developer and is subject to change. Projects listing CCDC as the developer are managed by CCDC on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.
