1% Lien on Specified Projects

Centre City Development Corporation, on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, is collecting a 1% lien for four properties in Centre City. They are Marina Park at 750 and 850 State St., Renaissance at 645 Front St., Rowhomes in Little Italy at the 1500 block of Kettner Blvd, and the Smart Corner site at the corner of 11th and C. Generally, these liens are paid by the prospective buyer and should be disclosed by the seller. They are paid at close of escrow every time a unit is sold.
