Centre City Streetscape Manual, 2003
The Centre City Streetscape Manual applies throughout the Centre City Community Plan Area and provides design standards for off-site improvements within the public right of way. All projects requiring building permits with a valuation that exceeds $250,000, or those projects of lesser valuation that involve new construction on vacant properties (either unimproved properties or where all existing structures have been removed), must construct public improvements along the frontage(s) of the project pursuant to the design standards of this Manual. The 2003 Centre City Streetscape Manual is available at the CCDC offices at 401 B Street, Fourth Floor, San Diego CA, and may be obtained by calling (619) 235-2200.
