The 7th Annual Subs for Subs business exchange and outreach event is just around the corner. The popular event, a joint effort between 13 public agencies, features workshops, exhibits and networking opportunities all designed to help local small business align their strategies with large prime and general contractors.
As part of the event, businesses will have the opportunity to showcase their trade or service to hundreds of other exhibitors and attendees through tabletop displays. Government agencies from around the county will talk about their current capital improvements and future construction projects. Workshops will focus on such topics as developing marketing initiatives, preparing a winning RFP/Q and partnering with larger contractors.
Ad space and table-top exhibits are sold out.
This event is free to attendees and vendors. Registration includes continental breakfast and lunch on a first come, first served basis

More than 400 people attended the 2010 event featuring guest speakers from the City of San Diego, CCDC, the San Diego Regional Airport Authority and the San Diego San Diego Community College District. Experts from the private sector led workshops on how to grow a business through Internet marketing and how to be more competitive on prevailing wage jobs.
