Bring your neighbors, community group or just yourself, offered the first Saturday of each month. Free parking validation is available at Horton Plaza for up to three hours. All tours begin at the Sheila R. Hardin Downtown Information Center located at 193 Horton Plaza, above CVS/pharmacy.
