REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR PREPARATION OF A
HISTORICAL RESOURCES RELOCATION FEASIBILITY STUDY
Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), an equal opportunity contractor, is requesting proposals from firms to assist with the preparation of a Historical Resources Relocation Feasibility Study to evaluate the establishment of a “relocation area” for threatened designated resources within the Downtown Community Plan area. Subconsultant opportunities could include the following disciplines: historical resources preservation (including expertise in relocation, rehabilitation and adaptive re-use) and
financial/ economic consultants.
Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups and local firms are encouraged. Equal Opportunity forms are available from Charlene McAdory at mcadory@ccdc.com.
There will be a presubmittal meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at CCDC, located at 401 B Street, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92101. This meeting will provide opportunities for project teams to discuss all aspects of the solicitation process, ask questions and for subconsultants to network with prime consultants.
