ADDENDUM #1

Section 2.9            Schedule of Rates & Fee Proposal has been revised to read as follows:

This section shall include one “Schedule of Rates” in a sealed envelope, including rates for all project personnel of the prime, joint venture partner(s), and subs.  "This envelope shall be submitted with the Statement of Qualifications.  In a second sealed envelope, please provide a fee proposal for services to be itemized as follows to be brought to the interview by short-listed firms:"

Section 3.4 Submittal Schedule has been revised to read as follows:

The solicitation, submittal intake, evaluation, and final selection will conform to the following schedule.

Deadline for Submittal                                                         January 3, 2008 (Hourly rates in sealed envelop only, shall be provided in submittal)

Notice to Proceed                                                                January 14, 2008

 The respondent shall submit one unbound original, three copies, and one “high quality” digital PDF file (on CD) of their Statement of Qualifications as defined in the RFQ/P to be delivered no later than:

February "3", 2008.

The "Sealed Fee Proposal" will only be required of the short-listed firms and shall be due on the day of their interview (January 9, 2008).  The selection will be made on the top ranking firm's qualifications and then that firm's fee envelop will be opened to use as a basis for contract / scope negotiations.

The respondent shall submit one unbound original, three copies, and one “high quality” digital PDF file (on CD) of their Statement of Qualifications as defined in the RFQ/P to be delivered no later than:  February 3, 2008.
