CCDC contracts for professional and technical consultant services and public works construction. CCDC also purchases supplies and materials from vendors. Professional services are solicited through the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Public bids are conducted through the lowest bidder and Subcontracting Outreach Program (SCOPe) guidelines. Vendors are selected by lowest bid.
