Green-Top Meters: The parking rate for green-top meters ranges from $0.50 to $1.25 per hour. Parking times range from 4 to 9 hours. Rates and time allowed are posted on blue signs near the meters and on the meters themselves. Green-top meters can be found in portions of the following neighborhoods: Cortez [PDF 35KB] East Village [PDF 34KB] Little Italy [PDF 36KB] Marina* [PDF 241KB] * New lower rates for Marina green-top meters starting March 1, 2006.
