CCDC continues to meet with community members and the public to share information on this project.

Past Community Meetings

CCDC held three community meetings throughout San Diego in May and June 2009 to present the updated financial analysis of numerous alternatives reviewed in an effort to minimize the City's future occupancy costs for its 3,000 downtown employees.

CCDC held public meetings for community input in February and March 2008 as the two finalist developers prepared their proposals. Click here to view the February 21 public meeting or review the initial presentations from Gerding Edlen and Hines.

CCDC held nine community meetings throughout San Diego in August 2008 to present the initial financial analysis of the eight scenarios explored for housing downtown City employees, including developer proposals.
