2007 PLAN AND ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

During 2007, CCDC processed numerous amendments to the Redevelopment Plan, Centre City PDO, Marina PDO and Downtown Community Plan. Several of the changes were approved at the City Council’s July 31, 2007 public hearing and are in effect, and a number of changes were approved by the Council in October but are not yet in effect. It is anticipated that these remaining changes will take effect early 2008.

The following is an itemization of the amendments pending final action by the City Council:

Downtown Community Plan – The City Council approved the changes to Figure 3-4 and Figure 3-11 July 31, 2007. Changes to the text were approved in October 2007 but are pending final Council action and are not currently in effect.

Centre City Planned District Ordinance – In underline/strikeout, this document shows the changes approved by the Council in October; these regulations are not yet in effect and are anticipated to take effect in early 2008.

Marina Planned District Ordinance - This document shows the changes approved by the Council in October; these regulations are not yet in effect and are anticipated to take effect in early 2008.

Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program - The City Council has not yet considered changes to the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, which are still under preparation.
