PERMITTING INFORMATION

Information about the online application packages:

  • Information contained on this web page is not conclusive and provides application forms and documents only for the most frequently requested processes. Contact a CCDC Planner at (619)-235-2200 and/or review the Centre City Planned District Ordinance and City of San Diego Land Development Code if you have any questions about the type of permit or review process required for your project.


  • The Centre City Development Permit Application is the primary application document for all permit processes authorized by CCDC. The primary application form may be used to combine requests related to the same project.


  • Many permits require supplemental documents; while there is no need to duplicate required documents when combining permit requests, ensure that one of each of the elements are included when submitting an application package.


  • Application documents may be downloaded in one large file or individually. All documents require Adobe Reader to open.


  • Application forms may be filled out with Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher, typewriter, or handwritten.


  • It is preferable to have application packages submitted in person. To make an appointment with a CCDC planner to submit your application, please call 619-235-2200.
