Public Agency Consortium (PAC) Contractor Directory

Public Agency Consortium (PAC) is collaboration between the Corporation and eight other local public agencies: The goal of the program is to promote and foster diversity for businesses that provide commodities and services. The program objectives are to recruit, certify, and assist small, emerging and local businesses, foster regional economic development, hold informational sessions on business contracting opportunities, and to reach out to all communities within the County of San Diego.

About the PAC Contractor Directory image

The PAC has joined together to develop and maintain a database of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants that are ready, willing, and able to bid on public agency projects. This list will be aggressively marketed for business opportunities.

Several agencies’ databases have been consolidated to provide a single resource of information. The PAC Contractor Directory contains the following about each business:

  • Firm type & location/contact information
  • Business size and areas of expertise, including certification types, NAICS codes, licenses, and project size capabilities
  • Which San Diego public agencies the business desires to work with

The database download is updated on a quarterly basis, however Ready, Willing and Able Registrants are added daily. If you would like to be added to this database, click here to fill out the Ready, Willing and Able Contractor Registration.
