NAVY BROADWAY COMPLEX DECISION
CONTINUED TO OCTOBER 25
Board to consider project’s consistency with 1992 Development Agreement
What: Special Meeting of the CCDC Board of Directors to consider consistency determination for Navy Broadway Complex proposed project by Manchester Financial Group.
When: Wednesday, October 25 –1:00 p.m.
Where: San Diego City Council Chambers, 202 C Street, 12th Floor
Background: At today’s meeting of the CCDC Board’s Real Estate Committee, the Board recognized that the Public Resources Code Section 21166 analysis being prepared by the City of San Diego’s Development Services Department would not be complete until October 18. Based on this information, the Board continued its Special Meeting to vote on the Navy Broadway Complex consistency determination from its tentatively scheduled date of Friday, October 13 at 4 p.m. to the date and time noted above. The Board’s discussion was limited to calendaring of this Special Meeting and no other actions were taken on this item.
