First appointed to the board in October 2003, McNeely is a senior vice president and manager of the Corporate Community Development Division of the Union Bank of California (UBOC). He is Chairman & CEO of the UBOC Foundation, Chairman of the board for the New Covenant Trust Company and President of the board of trustees for the California Historical Society. She chairs the City of San Diego’s Housing Advisory and Appeals Board and serves on the San Diego Advisory Council for Best Buddies, the San Diego Brain Tumor Foundation Board of Directors, and the San Diego Repertory Theatre’s Board of Trustees as Chair of the Development Committee. Champion-Cain received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy/Political Science from The University of Michigan. She attended California Western School of Law and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in International Business and Real Estate Finance from The University of San Diego.
